Resin heating system for optimal print results

Low ambient temperatures can hurt resin properties – the Saturn 4 Ultra 16K has the solution. The integrated heated vat keeps the resin at the optimal temperature at all times, increasing print success rates.

*Automatic temperature measurement: precise sensors measure the temperature in real time and show it on the display.

*Efficient heating: even at 5 °C ambient temperature and 50% humidity, the resin heats to 25 °C in just 26 minutes.
The heated vat supports both standard and special resins, giving you maximum flexibility in material choice!

Smart mechanical sensors

The Saturn 4 Ultra 16K has advanced mechanical sensors that monitor the print and detect potential problems early to prevent print failures or damage.

With the resin shortage alarm, the printer monitors the resin level in real time. If the level is below the MIN line or above the MAX line, an alarm is triggered. Before printing, the device calculates the amount of resin required; if there is not enough, you will be asked to refill. You can cancel, add resin and restart, or refill during printing. If the required amount exceeds the vat’s maximum capacity, you will also be notified during printing.

Residue detection: if residue is detected when the Z axis lowers, you will receive a warning. Troubleshooting is then required to avoid damage to the LCD surface.

Auto-levelling monitoring: when the build platform is lowered the printer levels itself automatically. If auto-levelling fails, you will be asked to readjust manually.

Resin level monitoring: if the resin level does not reach the minimum or no resin is detected, a message asks you to cancel the print and fix the cause.
